And the diagnosis was great! A slightly smaller and mishaped head but will fill out with time. However, I was not prepared for all the brain development testing and when the doctor pulled out the ultrasound machine to take a look inside, I was about to excuse myself. But thankfully, she's developing perfectly and her little perfect brain was the best thing I had ever seen. His only recommendation...pin the side of her pajamas to her sheet so she'll sleep on the side of her slightly big forehead! Yeah right...I might as well just stay up all night with her. I'll take the big forehead and flat back head for now!
Taylor had a lot to say after we got home from the appointment. I think she's telling us that she's FINE!! And to stop with all this worrying! It reminded me of her first big smile after she received a blessing when we learned she had reflux...

I was so happy to get the report from dad. Intellectually, I knew she was fine...but my nerves were still slightly on edge. Your video of her is so cute, and her head looks perfectly normal to me!!!
Glad to hear that she is fine and won't need any surgery.
But pinning the side of her pajamas? Does this doctor not have any kids of his own or was he just not ever around at bedtime?
My kids move all over their crib/beds at night and my bigger worry with a safety in their pajamas would be waking up to find it had come open during the night and was punching holes in their flesh every time they moved.

I am so glad to hear she is okay. Meg, you are definitely getting your share of overprotective doctors! Better safe than sorry though. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger- that's why moms are so tough!
She is so freakin cute! I love all the talking, she just looks like she has so much to say!

I have been thinking about you since MM yesterday. I am so glad to hear everything is ok. Taylor is adorable and I can't believe how big she is getting. Let's get together soon.
